TAY SF is working to create a system of support for young people, aged 16-24, that ensures all youth are successfully transitioning to adulthood. We are working towards health equity through a multi-layered lens of education, employment, housing and health. We believe that health is not the absence or presence of disease, but rather, the complete and holistic emotional, mental, psychological, physical, financial well-being of a young adult.
