HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: We're addressing health education, health access, and provider education, through a project called Healthy Birth Outcomes that train community residents, hire them as Facilitators and advocates for pregnant women in their community. This not only provide employment for residents in the community, but put them in a position to address environmental, social, mental health and other issues.
