HEALTH EQUITY INITIATIVES: The Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Program is working with community partners and healthcare providers to develop an action plan to address the racial disparities in birth outcomes. One of the focus areas is addressing the impact of chronic stress and lifespan adverse factors that affect pregnancy outcomes.
